I love the packets. I was accustomed to taking 1 capsule. 3x per day. Now I tried to figure out the measure of the powder for 3x per day--I take 1/8th tsp 3x per day. It tastes great right off the spoon or with some yogurt or kefir. It does wonders for the gut. So grateful for this indispensible jewel!

Visbiome is the best probiotic to treat diarrhea and is more effective, helps you go normally.
This is a wonderful probiotic - the best Iāve found. Visbiome played a major part of my protocol for gaining remission from ulcerative colitis. I feel like Visbiome not only got me back to 100% wellness, but my digestion is now better than what I used to consider normal.. I've been using Visbiome for a few weeks, and it seems to be helping my IBS. My only concern is what to do with all the ice packs I'm collecting.
I suffered from stomach pain due to diminished good bacteria in my stomach. This probiotic gives me billions of good bacteria to relieve all stomach pain. Well worth the money. It does not come close to store bought probiotics.

With GI issues and actually notice positive results compared other probiotics. Only difficult to keep cold when travelling.
I had C-diff 6 months ago(took Vancomycin and Defaced) and still am not regular and have gas and bloating. This is my 3rd week and I think I am starting to heal somewhat. I started having a formed stool, but still have some gas/bloating issues. I have to be careful not to overeat..which is usually from nerves. Overall, I think Visbiome is a good product. I realize it takes time to remodel your microbiome and hope this will continue to replenish my gut with good bacteria. So far, I am only taking one pill per night.

I have had my colon out when I was 29 years old. 15 years later I started getting a lot of inflammation in J pouch. At that time I was able to get VSL Double strength, 900 billion. Insurance was paying for it, and it literally cleared all the inflammation up on me. Then the insurance was not paid anymore and all the inflammation came back. For years it was there. I have colonoscopy every year to keep a check on it. So I found over the counter with VSL giving me coupons for it and they were pills. I would take 3 to try to get close to double strength. And it did start healing up my upper chambers. My dr. Wanted to know what I was doing. I told him thatās what I was doing. Then they took it totally off the market. It all came back. Once VISBIOME came back on the market I started taking the 400 billion. Out of pocket is steep but worth it. It started clearing me up. Then I stared trying to do less of it because I was getting close to retirement and wanted to take it but the cost was too high on a limited income. I also went through the worse year and a half with a lot of life dramatic things. When I had my colon checked it was the worse it had been in a long time. So I now am doing 900 billion every day and another medicine and I can tell my stool is better and in December of 24 I will recheck and see if it is cleared up. I decided I have to take this medicine. Other friends with IBS take it and they feel better. They donāt take the double strength but they do the pills and they feel much better. So I have noting but good to say about it. Just wish it was picked up again by insurance. More people would take it.
